Please note:
Ontario One Call should be notified for Main Utility Locates: Gas/Bell/Hydro/Cable TV, etc. @ telephone # 1-800-400-2255
Access to Utility/Maintenance room should be made available for locate
As-built drawings should be made available for reference

Locates received via e-mail

E-mail locate requests sent between 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, M-F will receive a confirming call from Cable Master within 90 minutes of receipt

Locate requests sent between 3:30 PM and Midnight will receive a confirming call from Cable Master by 10 AM the next business day, and between Midnight and 7:30 AM will receive a confirming call from Cable Master by 10 AM the same business day.
